With global warming and utilization of rubber, it has become necessary to recycle the waste and convert it in fuel oil in such a way that it is environment friendly. This is a unique technology which could change energy market in a big way. Xinxiang huayin wasteplastic pyrolysis plant has produces a wide range of pyrolysis machines which could convert waste into green fuel oil, carbon black, steel and gas, using of waste tyres, waste plastic, waste rubber, and waste oil as a raw material.





Waste pyrolysis plant process



a. Use auto-feeder to feed the waste plastic into reactor automatically, seal the feeding inlet door tightly.

b. Heat the reactor by burning the following fuel material: coal, wood, natural gas, or fuel oil in the combustion system. The reactor will be heated slowly, when the temperature reaches around **0 degree Celsius, the oil gas will be formed.

c. After processed, the oil gas will go to the cooling system to be liquefied. The gas which can not be liquefied under normal pressure will be designed to go back to combustion system through safety device instead of the fuel material to burn the reactor, which is environmental friendly and can save you much energy.

d. After finishing oil collecting, the temperature of reactor will be down, while, carbon black can be discharged automatically at the same time.

e. when the temperature falls down to **0 degree Celsius, workers can open the door of reactor to discharge the steel wire.

f. Start another batch working.



Different Models of Huayin waste plastic/tire oil pyrolysis equipment



HY-D***0mm*L***0mm****0mm:

1. This mode of pyrolysis machine can load *0 tons of crushed tires or *2 tons of waste plastic.

2. After finishing one batch, with auto-feeder, you don’t need to wait the pyrolysis machine cooling down since workers will have to go inside to feed material. If you don’t have one, in that way it will be time-wasting and dangerous.

3. Built-in spiral plates, these plates will make the waste tires/ plastic go ahead.

1. It can load *0 tons of waste tires or *2 tons of waste plastic.

2. The reactor adopts Q**5R steel plant and its thickness is *6 mm, which can bear ******0 batches.

3. We can also make reactor by material **0S+Q**5R, which obviously prolong service life **5 times.

4. The reactor has two layers, the outer layer built-in cotton insulation, fire cement and steel

1. Working with Auto-feeder, it is able to contain *2 tons crushed tires or *0 tons whole tires.

2. For plastic, it can contain even *2 tons.

3. The diameter of feeding port is ***0mm.

4.After 2 hours feeding time, it’s time to heat the reactor by coal/wood/natural gas/crude oil. Generally speaking, when the temperature ups to **5 Celsius degrees around, the oil gas will generated.
