Bread, long loafs, pizza, ice cream, enrobed cottage cheese bars, chocolate bars, waffer cakes, rolled cakes, candies, cotton, roller-bandages, plastic cards.

Appointment:

The machine Linepack F**4 is designed to pack a wide range of piece products in three-seam package Flow-Pack.

Machines are furnished with three independent electromechanical drive units each of them is charged with operation of packaging machine principal units: feeding conveyor; rollers of longitudinal seam broaching and sealing; cross sealing seams unit.

Distinguishing machine features: Applying of independent drive units permits:
• to set the main machine parameters automatically without manual reset;
• to realize automatic synchronization of product and film feeding, as well as cross seam making;
• to determine and notify of mistakes automatically when wrong data into the program;
• to make diagnostics during machine operation.
Integrated computer control allows quick and simple machine reset to handle products of different size. This automatic machine features simple operation owing to main memory to store products sizes data (up to *0 product names), electronic system no products no bags which permits to decrease film waste, picture centering on film against product.
All machine parts and components in contact with the products are made of stainless steel AISI **4BA.
It is possible to produce the whole machine made of stainless steel.
Machine is controlled from a touch panel colour display unit.
