 The term of "HEPA" filter is defined as for the filter providing a minimum of *9.*7% overall efficiency on thermally generated mono-disperse 0.3 micrometer particles. The standard HEPA filter is generally operated at velocities **5FPM (for depth ***1/2 inches), **5FPM (for depth **7/8 inches) and the high capacity is up to **0FPM (for depth ***1/2 inches).

We manufactures a complete line of HEPA filter for three efficiencies in a variety of sizes (*9.*7%, *9.*9%, *9.**9%) (EU**-EU*4).

HEPA media is made from ultra-fine glass fiber formed into a high density paper. The media absorbs and retains moisture when exposed the condition for long time; it will be saturated, plugged, and blocked off caused filter failure due to excessive resistance. The media can be restored by monitoring the passage of dry air through the filter.

Frame

A high density particle board is utilized to encase the media cartridge. Unique construction method ensures maximum rigidity. Other materials, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum are also available. Options of Box, Single Header and double Header types.

Faceguard

A metal hardware close faceguard installed on both sides of the filter is available.

Aluminum Separators

Separator-type filters should have filter medium spaced by corrugated aluminum that is at least 0.**8mm (0.***5 in.) thick. Corrugated aluminum separators maintain uniform spacing between each pleat to allow free flow of air ghrough the filter to ensure effective use of all media and filter pack strength. Both edges of aluminum separators are rolled to prevent media tearing and provide maximum integrity. Rolled edges also reduce the potential of cutting worker's hands during installation.

Sealant

Each media pack is completely encapsulated in a specially developed sealant to ensure absolutely no leakage around filter media.

Gasket

Interlocked neoprene rubber gaskets are standard to provide an airtight seal and prevent leakage past the filter. Gaskets are *6mm wide by 6mm thick.

Temperature

Standard units are rated for a maximum **0F. Temperature up to **0F can be obtained by optional sealants, gaskets and frames.

Non-standard size

When a filter of non-standard size or construction is ordered for the first time, the exact dimensions and specification must be indicated separately.

High Capacity Filter

High capacity HEPA filter is designed to handle higher air flow than the corresponding size of standard capacity filters. The high capacity filter has more pleats, as a result, more media compared to standard capacity HEPA filters. It handles higher air flow with the same resistance. The lower resistance gives the filter longer service life and lower energy cost. The higher capacity will save space of the filter bank and the change-out frequency saves on labor and disposal costs.
