Q: We have imported a lot of baby walkers from China, but they smelled very bad because it is made of plastic.How about yours?

A: Please take it easy. Our baby walkers are made by completely new PP resin. It is safe and ecofriendly, BPA free for babies.

Q: Our babies are often bigger than Chinese babies. So sometimes we will meet some problems about the size of baby walker. You know, the size is too small, babies feel not very comfortable in it, so they will refuse to sit or walk in it.Have you got a good solution?

A: Our baby walker size is designed according to western babies size. The product size is, so it's quite suitable for fatty babies.

Q:We have learned a lot of accidents about babies falling down stairs or stages.So our consumers are very worried and resistant to use baby walkers. Do you have a good idea?

A: Our baby walkers have strong quality anti-skid pads at the foot of the baby walkers in all four sides. They can prevent falling down stairs, when babies walk or reverse to the stairs.

Q: We got some feedback from our consumers. When babies have dinner, they will move quickly in the walkers, it cause some problems for feedings. Can you solve it?

A: Well, our baby walks have four removable silent wheels. When you feed your babies, please take away all of the wheels. The wheels are easily to be removed.

Q: Some of our consumers complained about roll-over accidents. Do you think it's because of quality problems?

A: Partly it is caused by weak and light quality baby walkers. And also it is because of small base plate. Let's think of the Pyramids. why it is not easy to be pushed down, it's because of its wide and large foot base. Our baby walkers have a very large base plate so it's not easy to be pushed down when babies are walking.

Q: How to prove the above things you said?

A: We have CCC report, CE pass report and KCL report. Now our products are often our of stock because the needs increase much quickly in Korea.
