tea in our cold process method of handcrafting this soap. Wild
chamomile essential oil is added for additional benefits and
fragrance. Finally, we lightly sprinkle each bar with crushed
chamomile flowers for a naturally beautiful soap. It has wonderful
skin healing properties, which include helping to tone skin, it is
good for rashes, and it softens the skin and acts as an anti
inflammatory. The essential oil is also good for sensitive skin. It
is calming and soothing. It is a very valuable herb. It is one of
the most expensive essential oils.
In ancient Egypt chamomile was used as an offering to the sun god.
Roman chamomile is used in aromatherapy for its skin benefiting
properties such as anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and analgesic.
