1.APPLICATION of gyratory
screen
As one of our main product, we
have supplied this gyratory screen to many factories and
companies for many years and have enjoyed a good reputation because
of its superior quality.
About the gyratory screen ,we
usually call it plant rotary screen because of its moving track is
gyratory along a circular on one plane .It has been successfully
applied to screening granular fertilizer in chemical plant
.
But it is also used to screen
other thousands of different materials and is suitable for many
industries and application as below: Fertilizer, sand,Chemical
carbon product ,wood chips, grain cleaning, mineral, steel shot,
clay, animal feed etc.
Cable suspended
device
Screeners is
cable-suspended from the four corners of the machine, thereby
isolating out-of-balance screening forces from the surrounding
structure. Accurate counterbalancing of the Screener makes this
installation option possible. As with conventional cable
suspension, this option effectively isolates the horizontal
out-of-balance screening forces, helping to minimize costs for new
structures.
Self-cleaning
device
There is one screen deck(we
call it cleaning deck) with larger screen mesh under the first
floor of screen deck, the cleaning deck is devided into many
sections by some plates, there are some flexible balls in each
section. When the gyratory screen is running, these flexible balls
will move along the motion tract and they will jump up and down
after hitting the plates or the other balls. Then it will clean the
first screen deck or break some large size material by its
hitting.
