Brief Introduction for Production Process
The crusher breaks large gypsum rock into small particles of less than *5 mm in diameter, the particles go through storage and transportation equipments into the mill for grinding, use a powder concentrator to select qualified gypsum powder of required fineness and send them into the boiling furnace for calcination.
The left unqualified particles will return to the mill for regrinding until meet the requirement. Calcined qualified gypsum powder will be send into the clinker silo for storage or to the workshop for use.
Production process
The equipments are all centralizedly controlled by computer. The system has high automation degree, convenient control, and can monitor the speed, temperature, humidity and equipment running status at any time, so as to effectively reduce the labor, cost and improve the efficiency. It is the preferred typical equipment in modern building materials industry.

With the development and progress of gypsum industry, people from all walks of life have an increasing demand and higher quality requirement for gypsum powder. The production and manufacturing technology of gypsum powder also continuously improve. In the production and processing of gypsum powder, drying and dewatering are the key links and also the hardest procedure to master.
According to this situation and based on years of continuous exploration and research on gypsum powder production and deep processing industry, we have developed a new generation of dewatering equipment which can meet the production requirements of various gypsum powder - boiling furnace.
Advantages
1. Simple structure, not easy to be damaged
As the fluidization of the material is achieved, the furnace doesn't need rotating parts so the structure of the furnace is much simpler. Not only easy to be made, but it also requires little maintenance after putting into production. Because the use of low temperature heat source, the furnace is not under the risk of being burned in any cases, which enables the equipment to have a particularly long service life.
2. Compact equipment, small occupation of land
The boiling furnace is vertically arranged equipment. With the duct collector covers around the top of the furnace body and links the furnace body into a whole, the device is very compact. Not only covers less area, but also prevents the dust collector from moisture condensation.
3. Low energy consumption
The heat and power consumption of the boiling furnace are relatively low. Heat energy: Most of the heat energy transferred from the heat source to the material is effectively used for the dehydration and decomposition of the materials.
4.Good product quality, ideal phase composition of calcined gypsum, stable physical properties.
As we use low temperature heat source, the gypsum is unlikely to be over burnt. As long as controlling appropriate discharging temperature, there will not be dihydrate gypsum in finished products, anhydrous gypsum is less than 5%, and the rest are semi-hydrated gypsum.
This composition is very ideal, and the physical properties are also stable. Electrical control system
Currently the electrical control system uses advanced DCS (distributed control system) and with PLC of Japanese Mitsubishi to centralizedly control the dispersed equipments.
According to the control requirements, we use PLC of Japanese Mitsubishi, industrial control computer and industrial configuration software (Kingview) as the core part of the alarm, monitoring, and electrical control.
