Gum arabic is used as hydrocolloids, as emulsifiers and stabilizers and as flavour fixatives in food ingredients and additives. The gum is grown on unfertilized soil, is a pure product of ***** gum also is an excellent substitute for gelatine, which is an animal derivate in contrary to the gum. Not only vegetarians are likely to prefer gum in stead of gelatine, but most of all people who are allergic to milk products and lactose. A substitute exists on base of starch of potatoes. Unfortunately this substitute does not offer the benefits of gum arabic, which does not adheres, dissolves easily in the mouth and has low calorie. The gum lengthens the tenability of your product, because of its high percentage purity. The gum arabic can be delivered in 4 grades: hand picked selected, kibbled, kibbled dust and in powder.
