FOOD APPLICATION
 
Guar Gum is used in food as a stablizer, thickener, emulsifier, binder, flocculant, water holding agent etc.

Guar Gum is included in the food and drug administration standards of identity for cheese and cheese products, frozen deserts, salad dressings.

Prior to use of Guar Gum in any food formulation, it is advised to make certain that the application complies with all relevent laws and regulations controlling such uses.

Industrial grades of Guar Gum are compounded with additives that aid in dispersion, control, viscosity, cause gelling, act as preservatives or in any other way aid in achieving specific results for a particular industrial use.

We follow European Standards E***2 to keep up with requirements of our Customers.

The finished Guar Gum is packed in kraft paper sack (weight *5 kg net) and are quarantined before shifting to finished Goods Godown, which are tested and categorised by our Quality Control Department for final shifting to Godowns.
