The activities of our company are focused on growing, harvesting, primary processing, packaging and sale of pulses in order to supply for export.
We implement and apply advanced production technologies, by using the European processing line (machine) for cleaning, calibration, sorting and packaging all types of cereals, pulses, oilseeds and seeds.
Our company has its own land area on which it grows agricultural products in order to provide the processing capacity with the appropriate volume of high-quality raw materials and also finances the farmers for our needs.
For transparency, reliability and confidence in our cooperation, а buyer could be present during the production process and packaging of pulses, which are consisting of the following stages and shipment:
1.  Preliminary intensive cleaning and calibration, which consists of removing of peel, large and small impurities;
2.  Purification of the product from light and fine impurities by pneumatic separation;
3.  Removal of mineral impurities (stones) by a dry method;
4.  Sorting by specific weight of pulses, as well as separation of impurities, unripe, sprouted and damaged beans;
5.  Separation (calibration) of good quality pulses from chipped beans;
6.  Polishing beans;
7.  Photo-sorting by color;
8.  Additional manual review.
At final stage, the filling-packaging machine with electronic weighing dozer automatically fills and packs ready pulses in polypropylene bags, weighing them from *5 kg up to *0 kg (tolerance max. + - *5 gr.).
