Technical feature
1、Resistance-type on-line moisture meter is adopted. The device, which can be used during the drying process of variety kinds of grains such as paddy, wheat, quinoa and corn, can control the automatic testing of the grain moisture and stop the machine automatically when the set grain moisture is reached.The high-precision sensor can ensure the evenness of grain moisture and high germination rate after drying . With the moisture meeting the national storage standard, the grains can keep safe for long time and have no mildew and rot..
2、The drying mesh, which uses stainless stell, is long-lasting. The large drying area and good penetrable drying medium guarantee the uniform drying and high working efficiency. 
3、Advanced contra-flow drying method is adopted. By drying-tempering-drying circulating pattern, grains can be dried in low temperature  quickly.
4、Axial flow blower is adopted on the basis of the improvement of centrifugal blower and axial flow flower; multi-rotary valve to control the flow speed of grain, so even drying can be achieved.
5、Use giant screw conveyor and PVC steel bucket, for durability use.
 
6、By distributing plate that can disperse the grains mandatory and the four inner discharging valves which control the quantity of circulating grains, each unit of grain can experience the same temperature and same moisture. After being dried evenly, the grains have the best quality.
