TEMPERED GLASS is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620°C. Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile.

SPECIFICATIONS:

-Thickness: 3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,15mm,19mm

-Size: 3000*8000mm (Max), customized size

-Minimum radius:500mm

-Max length of arc 1350mm(R< 1200, H< 2370)  2400mm(R>1200) 3600mm(R>1200 H< 2370)

-Color: clear, ultra clear, green, blue, grey, bronze, etc

-Process:  beveling, drilling, cutting, bending, etc

FEATURE:

1.Strictly meet with building codes and safety requirements.

2.Strong enough to withstand high levels of thermal stress.

3.4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
4.Breaks up into small cubical fragments,not threatening to humans.
5.All work done on glass (beveling, cutting, bending, etc) must be done before tempering.

6.Can be printed with special logo and patterns with enamel silkscreening.
