Product introduction:
2PG Series roller crusher is widely used in crushing and screening plants of metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, artificial aggregates, recycling of construction waste, building materials, chemical, abrasive material and other industries. This machine combines the traditional roll crusher advantages and the working principle of the roller mill, making full use of the integration design concept of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, significantly improves the crushing efficiency and stability of the product, the hydraulic system pressure is very stable.
Product features:
1. On the inner wall of the machine equipped with a dust sheet, for good sealing performance and avoiding of the fine material splash, lowing working noise.
2. The grinding roller is re-optimized and designed, in the whole using life, this equipment doesnt need to change the mill roll main part.
3. On the Grinding rollers, it can adopt replaceable wear plate (commonly known as roller skin), wear liners adopt the domestic advanced wear-resistant materials, continuous using life is more than one year, if badly worn, then remove the cover and replace it.
Working principle
The crush parts consist of a couple horizontal roller. While the Roller rotation in opposite direction, the fall-down stones will bring into the middle of the roller by friction force and gravity, crushed and grinded by the two rollers. The crushed stone pushed by the rotating rollers and discharged by gravity.
