PAYMENT GUARANTEE:  Swift MT **3 secured by Letter of Credit prior to shipment, delivery and assay at buyers designated refinery subsequently final payment.



PAYMENT AND DELIVERY PROCEDURES:

"Payment and Delivery with Performance Guarantee Procedures" as follows:    

                                                                                                                                                                     

1.        Seller and Buyer sign contract signs.

2.         Seller issue to Buyer Partial Pop as indicated in this contract for Buyer for verification.

3.         Buyer within 7 days of lodging signed contract at his bank, instruct his bank to issue Pre-advice of guarantee instrument for the value of Cargo to Seller financiers bank account. And Sellers financiers bank responds back with pre-advice of their readiness to issue 2% PB upon the receipt of MT**0 for *0 days Window.

4.         Buyers bank issue MT**0 and receiving bank respond back with 2% performance bond guarantee and prepare delivery and email buyer all cargo shipping document as listed in this invoice and contract.

5.         Buyer and Seller together collect cargo at destination Airport for deposit directly into Buyers refinery account on the name of Seller for refinement. All costs prior to arrival at airport are Sellers and all costs after arrival are of Buyers.

The cargo is taken to the Buyers refinery for smelting and purity assay. cargo will be refined into *9.*5% AU at Buyers cost. Buyer pays to Seller off LMBA as state above in this pro-forma invoice against refined AU Bar report from refinery.

6.         Upon final inspection, the bullion will be kept in refinery storage on Sellers name pending Buyer TT payment receipt confirmation in Sellers nominated bank account below. And goods title with all documents is handed over to Buyer.

Full contract shall be decided by both parties based on their satisfaction with trail. There is no broker on Seller side. This is a principal trade. Should Buyer have broker, it is his decision on what he pay out of his price.
