Here i introduce a new pallet for brick machines to you,named GMT pallet,the GMT material is PP(propene polymer) mixed with glass fibre,same like cement mixed with steel bar,it become to concrete.the life time is more than 5 years,guarantee period is 5 years.
 
It can reduce your production cost.let your brick have more competitive in the market.
Most brick manufacturers use bamboo plywood, solid wood board, iron board, plastic pallet and PVC pallet, but in the process of manufacturing,
the supporting board is more likely to touch water or vapor, bamboo plywood and plastic pallet is easy to unglue, split, deform, while iron board is easy to rust.
According to the demands of supporting board, our company has developed recyclable GMT(Glass Mat reinforced Thermoplastics) board,
which has been put on the brick making factory, and receives good market feedback.
Product features:
Low cost, recyclable, high strength, anti-aging, anti-corrosion of acid and alkali, waterproof and rustproof. Its service life is more than *0 times of other boards.
GMT brick pallet will never get deformed in high temperature or get brittle failure in low temperature, because it is long fiber reinforced structured.
