DC Generator brief characteristics and test results The device under consideration is related to electrical engineering, particularly to electric generators of constant (through certain tweaks also alternating) current. The purpose of the device is to power households, enterprises and various transport types (private, public, freight, land or water). It can also be used in conjunction with installations that convert wind (or gravitational) energy into mechanical rotation to produce environmentally friendly electricity for consumers.

Three fundamental design solutions
 

  • Levitation belt inside the device. The belt greatly facilitates the rotation allowing it to run smoothly without hikes in amplitude. It also negates the manifesting resistances, including those resulting from the interaction between emerging magnetic fields of the winding and magnetic fields of permanent magnets. It does so without sticking the permanent magnets to the coil cores
  • Magnetic belt does not have any alternating fields when being exposed to the winding part
  • Non-standard shape of the winding and cores
Since the generator produces a constant current, it is easily included in an electrical circuit of already deployed, or planned to be deployed, solar cells. This allows the user to generate energy in the same circuit as the inverter.

Disadvantages of the current prototype

The gap is  **4 mm wide, instead of the required 1 mm
  • The cores were made in the best manner possible under current technical constraints without standard plates and required configuration of the magnetic field conductor by milling from a single chunk of metal
  • The whole prototype is made without the use of aluminum parts. The body is made of ordinary iron
  • All parts were made using an extremely obsolete equipment
  • Elimination of these imperfections would increase capacity of the device by more than *0%.

The cost, assuming production by own means, is highly competitive in comparison with similar devices.

THE MODEL of the second type and design of the generator with higher capacity is in the final stage of development and is planned to be tested.

The main purpose of the research and development conducted by our company is to design a device for converting gravitational energy into useful energy output. This device Gravitational Converter can be a subject of discussion for potential interested partners and is offered in a complete bundle along with the generator. The resulting bundle enables decentralized non-cyclical supply of electricity for production facilities, households and other consumers.
