1.Re-heating Furnace Rolls for Slab Caster and for Si Steel Hot rolling

1. We developed a new Ni-Cr-W alloy for Re-heating furnace rolls, it’s melting temperature is ********0 Degree C, which is about **0 Degree C higher than normal heat resistance alloy.
2. The New generation of CamZone furnace rolls made from this new alloy, can work at ***0 degree C. CamZone furnace rolls have a higher wear resistance (less than 2.8 mm wear out in 3.5 years). These two technical advantages can reach the requests of Si Steel hot rolling.  
3. Application and installation

1. Spindle made by cold drawn seamless pipe, Rings made by CamZone new Ni-Cr-W Special alloy casting, with resistance to high temperature, to wearable, to impact of moving slab.
2. High temperature resistance: up to ***0 C, CamZone Furnace Rolls can accept higher furnace temperature for Si Steel.
3. Life: less than 2.8 mm wear out in 3.5 years, Clients can decrease the replacement of rolls.
