A,Manual control panel(standard configuration)provide the basic start/stop with following configurations and functions:

B,Self-start control panel under electric supply off(voltage loss). Besides the configuration and function of standard manual control panel, this control panel appends remote control interface.

If client require, the independent full automatic control panel can provide independent control cabinet which unify the self-start control function and automatic load switching function, operate conveniently, and suitable for centralized management of all electrical equipment.

Detailed function of automatic generator sets

1.       Self-start and self-operation function.

Automatic/manual ATS switch on the control cabinet, the switch should be on automatic at emergency mode. When city power fails or lower than the *0% of rated voltage, the generator sets will start automatically within *5s, and if continuous 3 times start failure, it will alarm sound and light.

2.       Self-stop function

During the automatical operation, if the city power recovers and confirmed for 5 seconds, the generator sets will stop operation automatically. First cut off the load, and the city power will recover to work, at this time, the generators sets will work at idle speed, and 3mins later, it will stop. During the 3 mins, if the city power fails again, the generator sets will return to work again.

3.       Self-protection function

If the generator sets get 3 starting failures, the control cabinet will lock the system and alarm sound and light. During the operation, if faults like high oil temperature, low oil pressure, over speed, under frequency, under voltage, etc, the generator sets will emergency shutdown.

Self-charging function

The generator sets will charge the battery automatically no matter by the city power or by itself. The charging system choose switching power, it will charge in two steps, first when the battery capacity is lower, it will charge at constant current of 6ADC, and when the voltage of the battery arrive *6.5v, it will change to charge at constant voltage, and keeps floating charge .The charging will stop when battery is full.

4.       Manual operation

The controlling system of the generator sets is interlocking designed by manual and automatic. When the generator sets operate under manual mode, it can control the start and stop, high/low speed, alarm test, alarm reset, breaker on/off of self-generating, etc. Emergency shutdown will work in both states.  This only under emergency state.
