• FROZEN BLUEBERRIES, Cultivated: Frozen cultivated blueberries are prepared from sound, properly ripened fresh fruit of the blueberry bush (Genus Vaccinium) which are cleaned and destemmed, properly washed, packaged in a poly lined box and frozen at 0°F. or less. 

Color:Shall possess a practically uniform, dark blue-purple color typical of properly matured berries.  May possess not more than 5% by count red-purple color.
Flavor/Odor:Shall possess a typical blueberry flavor and odor and shall be free of off flavors and odors.
 

• DRIED CULTIVATED BLUEBERRIES,SWEETENED with SUCROSE:Sweetened Cultivated Dried Blueberries are produced from blueberries of the Highbush type. They are sweetened with sucrose, dried to a specified percentage of moisture, inspected and packaged.    Sunflower oil is used as a processing aid.

• IQF FROZEN BLUEBERRIES, Cultivated:IQF cultivated blueberries are prepared from sound, properly ripened fresh fruit of the blueberry bush (Genus Vaccinium) which are cleaned and de-stemmed, properly washed, sized,  individually quick frozen and packaged in a poly lined box, then stored at 0°F. or less.

 
Color:Shall possess a practically uniform, dark blue-purple color typical of properly matured berries.  May possess not more than 5% by count red-purple color.
Flavor: Shall possess a typical blueberry flavor and odor and shall   be free of off flavors and odors.
