Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders under $**0 will be shipped with no signature request on deliver which means UPS will leave your package at your front door in most cases. If package is stolen, we will not be responsible for the package. Please monitor the status on your package on UPS/USPS websites and make sure that someone will be present for the delivery.

Check your package before signing it or accepting it, refuse the package if it looks like it was damage during transit.

If you need receive the goods at the first time ,pls choose other Express Ways. Like: UPS / Fedex / DHL / TNT / EMS. But the freight will be at little high side and will be calculated as their standards .
