The machine is controlled by industrial control computer and is used for

efficient milling, drilling and tapping of aluminum curtain wall profiles.

The processing of wire has the characteristics of high processing efficiency,

The machine has an eleven-axis CNC system with stable data

transmission and fast transmission speed.

 

The CNC system has a reserved communication interface to enable docking

The machine uses linear guides, ball screws, gear racks and servo motors

to ensure smooth operation, with extremely high positioning and processing

accuracy. The X and Y axes are driven by gear racks, and the Z axis is driven

in one clamping. It is also equipped with an automatic fixture avoidance

The fixture avoidance is driven by a servo motor, which can avoid tool

collision and make the operation more labor-saving and convenient.

The tool changer adopts turntable type, and the tool magazine can hold ten

tools to improve processing efficiency.
