The Foreign Trade Purchasing Plan (FTPP) was conceived to save foreign buyers costs related to financial transactions with Chinese suppliers and to reduce the inbuilt financial costs of Chinese products bought by foreign buyers for export. Through our well developed network of local contacts, long experience in procurement operations and financial expertise, we are able to guarantee you savings of up to 5% on any purchase order made in China from a domestic Chinese company. We can improve on quotes you have been given by suppliers or on existing pricing arrangements your company might have in place with suppliers. The Foreign Trade Purchasing Plan generates financial benefit for all key stage parties involved i.e. the buyer, the supplier and CLSC. The overall objective of the Foreign Trade Purchasing Plan is to encourage the economic competiveness of the Guangdong region and promote foreign trade.
