LGJ**0F Vacuum Freeze Dryer (bulk shelf type)

LGJ**0F Freeze Dryer is suitable for a small amount production, freeze-drying experiment in laboratory or pilot scale test.

This series is one of our patent products.
 
This series of dryers have the heating shelf ,the frozen and drying process are finished in the same place.

It changes the traditional complicated operation and prevents the product from pollution.
 
 
Main Features

With heating shelf and PLC control standard, with programmable function

Freeze and drying process are completed in the same place

With organic glass observation window, the whole process is easy to see

The temperature error of shelf is less than or equal to 1 centigrade

Fluid fills hollow shelves, with most uniform shelf temperature ,consistent and repeatable drying

LCD display, English interface, display of drying curves

Internal surface of rectangular chamber and product tray are stainless steel

Drying chamber separated to condenser, with better water capture

capability and shorter drying time

Air-let-in valve with nitrogen is available

Eutectic point test device is optional
