GDL is a kind of excellent multifunctional food additive. It is mainly used as protein coagulant, acidifier, expander, preservative, seasonings, chelating agent, colour-preserver,etc. it is widely applied to food, daily chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics.
