Our machinery and our own machine building department enables us to deliver a high level of flexibility with foam-cut machinery with CNC control ( vertical, vertically sloping, horizontal (roundabout), two-way cut milling) and foam -bonnell, foam -pocket spring technologies. 

We manufacture products out of single or multiple-layer foams (thermoelastic, latex coconut, high resilience with grooves increasing air circulation), pocket springs, spring bonnell and combinations of our various manufacturing possibilities. A Strong distinction are components for the furniture industry (furniture upholstery, bonel foam cassettes, etc.) and finished products like: baby strollers mattresses, memory foam pillows (foot rest, lumbar, maternity), dog beds and mattresses.
