The foam granulator is used to convert scrap foam into granules or chips to be re-used in many applications. Our machine is equipped with a hi-peed rotor with studs that tear the foam apart, a selectable screen sieve will determine the final size of the granules. The machine is also equipped with a powerful fan that can transport the granules to a silo or to another process. Fincorp Engineering can also supply a silo and weighing hoppers in addition to Re-bonding foam equipment.
We provide three different sizes; *0, *0 and *0 Hp. Depending on the required grinding capacity required. The larger *0 Hp unit can handle up to **0 KG of soft foam. and **0 Kg of hard foam per hour. The shear pins used in all of our Granulators are easy to replace. We provide three different and interchangeable Sieves; *0, *4, *6mm depending on the use of the chips. This machine was specifically made for re-bonde foam plants as it gives a snow flack shape granules which along with the right adhesive gives perfect re-bonded foam (unlike other types of chip machines that use rotary hammers or knifes).
