     ZLG series vibrated fluidized bed dryer can feed materials automatically through the feed port, in which materials will jump forward on the dispersion plate under the effect of excitation force from the vibration motor and other ways, at the same time, air after filtered is heated to a certain temperature and enters the lower air chamber of the dryer through the air inlet, then materials will contact with hot air in a state of suspension under dual effect of vibratory force and hot air equalized by the dispersion plate, material granules have furious turbulence with heat medium, which strengthens the heat and mass transfer process. Products after dried will be discharged from the discharge gate, water and waste gas evaporated will be exhausted into air after passing through the cyclone separator for collecting dust. The lower bed body provides a stable air compartment with certain pressure for the bed. To adjust the induced draft fan can keep low negative pressure above the middle bed material of upper box body, which can maintain a good dry environment and prevent dust from leaking.

　　Pharmaceutical Chemicals: Tabletting particles, boric acid, borax, ammonium sulfate, benzenediol, malic acid, maleic acid, etc. Food and building materials: stillage, monosodium glutamate, granulated sugar, salt, slag, broken beans, seeds, etc.

　　It is also applicable for cooling and humidification of materials.

　　Features:

　　It makes materials heated uniformly and heat exchange full, and provides high drying intensity, and can save energy about *0% than a common dryer. The vibration source is a vibration motor which is featured by balance operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long service life. It is stable to fluidize without dead corner and blow-through. It has small damage to surfaces of materials, and is applicable to drying of fragile materials. The working effect is good even the granules are irregular.

　　The fully-enclosed structure can effectively prevent cross pollution of material and air, so the work environment is clean. Due to good adjustability and wide application, the material thickness, moving speed in machine and amplitude can be regulated infinitely.

　　As exerting vibration enables the lowest fluidization speed to be reduced, it can significantly reduce air quantity demanded and dust therein, and correspondingly lower the specifications of matched heat source, blower and cyclone separator, so the cost of complete equipment is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is great. It is convenient to change the detention time in the machine by adjusting the vibration parameters. The piston flow type movement lowers the requirement on homogeneity and regularity of granules, and is easy to obtain products dried uniformly.
