Operating instructions of JADE floor grinder
1. Take the machine out of the box and place it on the ground
2. After the chassis is tilted, the chassis is exposed, use diamond or resin grinding discs according to the ground conditions, install the grinding head on the grinding disc and fix it, and then adjust the outer skirt to a suitable position.
4. Lay the machine flat, the four discs can automatically adjust the flatness, and the grinding head on the chassis is guaranteed to be on a flat surface.
5. Plug in the power supply, adjust the appropriate grinding weight, turn the switch to start the machine, and then adjust to the required speed, then it can run normally.
6. After the machine is started, the proper speed can be selected according to the ground strength and the treatment effect.
7. According to site requirements, choose dry mill or water mill. Dry mill needs to be equipped with industrial vacuum cleaner
8. In operation, if there is any abnormal phenomenon, please stop the machine immediately and re-use it after inspection.


Safety instructions for JADE grinding machines
1. The operator must wear waterproof and insulated work shoes
2. Please connect the mechanical power supply to the distribution box before use to ensure that there is leakage protection and overload protection in the distribution box
3. Please check if the power cord is damaged or aging, if so, please replace it immediately
4. Please use the national standard power cord to ensure that the length of the power source does not exceed **0M
5. It is strictly forbidden to press up and rotate mechanically
