Waste gases leaving float glass furnace at temperature ranging from **0℃to **0℃ have a high potential for heat recovery. ZG Boiler developed float glass kiln waste heat boiler to fully recycle high temperature flue gas from glass kiln and further its waste heat utilization more than *0%.

1)Low resistance: The inner of boiler body adopts uniform flow velocity and low flow velocity design, body resistance is less than **0Pa in the design condition, which is conducive to combine with other equipment and reduce systems power consumption.

2)Long service life: The furnace adopts an inverted U shaped layout which overcomes the traditional waste heat boilersshortcomings in structure and operation. It has long service life, easy maintenance and low cost. It completely applies to float glass furnace production line using heavy oil or natural gas as fuel.
