Flame-retardant conveyor belt with whole core is made by immerging in PVC dipping paste for plastication and sulfurization with characters such as high intensity, great volume of conveyance and conveying balanced. The product also has good property as flame-resistant, anti-static, anti-impact, wear resistance and corrosion resistance etc. The product is mainly applied for conveyance underground in coal mining as well as in metallurgy and chemical industry. Flame-retardant conveyer belt with whole core has PVC and PVG type. For PVC type, the cover layer of top and bottom are all PVC and the thickness of one-side rubber ≥0.8mm. For PVG type, the cover layer of top and bottom are combined by NBR and PVC and one-side thickness is 1.5mm*4.5mm. Inclination pitch of PVC conveyer belt is <*6o while pitch of PVG conveyer belt is <*0oand both of them are suitable for coal conveyance underground and on the ground as well.
