Descripción del producto

FR-CU is an kind of efficient cyclic phosphonate flame
retardant. It contains high phosphorus with an excellent
water solubility. It could be applied in the fabric for
inner vestee used in bulidings, curtainings and cars and
special workwear. It is particularly suitable for the
treatment of polyester fabrics , T/C blends and PU coating
to impart the fabric to have the flame-stop effect. The
effect of the fabric after treatment will be long-lasting
and durable to wash with wide-range application!

Chemical constitute: organic phosphorus compound

Ecological Property: International ecological textile standard is met.

Application:

1. Since the polyester fiber is hydrophobic, it is strongly recommended to treat the fibers by alkali-peeling process before the flame retardant finishing, in order to remove the residual oil stains or other auxiliaries on the fabric surface and improve the flame-retardant effect.

2. Flame retardant finishing:

*The required amount of Flame-Retardant should be readjusted according to the fabric weight and liquor pick-up.

A. Recipe: Flame-Retardant Hansi TEX*3 ******0g/L

Anti-Migrant Hansi EW****0 1g/L

Sodium phosphate Adjust PH to 6.5

B. Application bath formulation

The flame-retardant should be diluted with an amount of water and stirred adequately, slowly drop the Sodium phosphate liquid to adjust PH to 6.5. Add anti-migrant and then adjust fluid weight (or volume) to the requested by water. Prepared operating fluid should be used as soon as possible, otherwise make sure to adjust PH to 6.5 again before next use.
