Mandarin Fireworks was established in ***6. The director, Tony Wang has been in fireworks business since ***9. We offer comprehensive services to our customers from products R & D, artwork design, quality inspection to shipment.
Mandarin Fireworks pays tremendous attention to products quality consistence and has developed “Three-Stage Inspection” standard on every order before delivery. They are:

• Pre-production Inspection

QC team requires the factory to re-make samples and compare them with the very samples confirmed already by customers. The factory is not allowed to start massive production of the order until the QC team approves the samples.

• In-production Inspection

QC team goes to every factory during the massive production of the order, checking every details from labeling, packaging, fusing and effects. They may call off the massive production at any time when they find something wrong.

• Post-production Inspection

QC team samples the finished products sitting in the warehouse at random and makes the final decision whether to have the products delivered or not.
Our understanding on fireworks to Russian markets are of the following points(take cakes for example):

• Packaging
• Marks on labels & carton box
• Fire-proof cartons, moisture proof agent inside the carton
• Glass paper wrapped on the bottom of cakes
• During time of the performance
• On-time delivery
