FIPRO® fire retardant boards are manufactured from VERMICULITE, an aluminium-iron-magnesium silicate. They require no cement or gypsum components and contain neither asbestos nor silicate fibres.

FIPRO® raw panels are available in three different designs with different volume weights:
FIPRO® Type S**0 A1 (very lightweight, low price)
FIPRO® Type S**0 A1 (sturdy standard panel)
FIPRO® Type S**0 A1 (highly compressed, suitable for perforation)
FIPRO® panels with primer film can be treated with almost any commercially available paint or varnish. One or two top coats suffice to achieve a smooth surface.
Machining:
Further processing and treatment with the usual tools and woodworking machines (sawing, milling, drilling, etc.) present no problems and virtually no dust is produced!
Uses:
Furniture and interior architectural woodwork in buildings that are required by German and European regulations to be NONCOMBUSTIBLE or NON-FLAMMABLE. Panelling for walls and ceilings, etc.
