Applications:
It suits for thermal film and glue-less film. It is widely used for magazines, books and packs for food, medicine, cosmetics and so on.
Features:
SGFM****0A automatic Laminator is developed for the big size of paper lamination with glue-less film or thermal film. The machine realizes complete automation to paper feed, lamiantion, paper cut, paper receiving and temperature control. This machine centralizes the feature of high automation, high precision of lamination, humanized configuration and easy operation, and its excellent preformance of equipment for the best choice of large and medium size enterprises.
Working Process:
Automatic paper feeder**-Air aspirator belt delivery section**-Laminating unit(heating and pressure roller)**-through perforating wheel (or winded directly)**- separating system**-delivery table**-corrugating pressure wheels**-automatic paper stacker
Configuration:
1. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically, so paper can be added even if the machine is kept running, which improves working efficiency.
2. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator s paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely wutomated operation. And working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
3. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector, paper break protector and paper superposing that are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical system. When no paper, paper break or paper superposition, the machine will stop automtaically for self-protection.(The electrical and pneumatic devices are controlled by PLC system that can be operated easily via touch screen.)
4. Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. To regulate paper convey and overlap and improve lamination prevision.
5. High prevision of big chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating system, which has excellent performace of temperature control that are adjustable.
6.Hydraulic pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
7. Air expansion shaft releases film and perfects the precision of film release and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll much more convenient.
8. The combination of air expnasion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and release speed.
9. Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator s the size of workable paper on the touch screen.
*0. Collecting unit is furnished with corrugating paper pressuring system, which settles completely the crimping trouble of thin and big size of laminated paper.
