FCOJ - Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice

FCOJ (Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice) is a highly concentrated orange juice, obtained through the controlled removal of most of the water from natural juice, by means of industrial vacuum evaporation processes and low temperatures, preserving its sensory and nutritional properties. With a concentration index of *6° Brix, this product has a high soluble solids content, which makes it ideal for reconstitution in simple juice, beverage formulations and industrial blends.
