Cutting - Cutting-
Die-cutting is recommended, although it can also be hand-cut or
guillotined.
Sewing For the
best results, sew in place using a lockstitch and with no more
than *2 stitches per inch (2.*4 cm), and not less than 5/*4" (2 mm)
from the edge of the fluorescent fabric. For best
results, **0% polyester thread is recommended for
sewing.
Screen
Printing Images may be printed on the surface of
JY(TM) Reflective fabric. All inksshould be continuously tested to
ensure acceptable adhesion in the event of changes occurring in the
manufacturing process or composition of the ink. Prior to printing,
wiping thesurface with a soft cloth lightly dampened with
isopropyl alcohol may help ink adhesion. Printed areas will not be
retroreflective.

We will provide you our existing sample to check our quality, but
shipping cost need to be paid by you.
Or after price confirmation, you can require for samples to check
our quality, but sample cost need to be paid by you. And the sample
cost can be refundable if your bulk order quantity reach our

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator.
4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional designing team, just tell us your
ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect
products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send
us high resolution images, we can design the layout you
want.
5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly,
the samples will be ready for delivery in **7 days. The samples
will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express
account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the products you need.
Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry more than one
month before the date you would like to get the products.
