Factory price wood pellet production line

 

This line can produce high quality and density wood pellet for fuel. The pellets can be used for home use pellet stoves and industrial boilers.

Now I want to introduce one complete production line to you. It has drying, crushing, pellet making, cooling and packing processes. Between every process, there is a conveyor.

 

1) Drying

The hot air dryer can reduce the moisture of the raw materials to less than *0%. The air fan sucks the hot air and raw materials into the pipes. As the raw materials go up and down they have full contact with each other and the moisture is reduced.

 

 

2) Crushing

The hammer mill reduces the size of the raw materials as the hammers rotate at high speed.

 

 

3) Pellet making machine

 

 

4) Cooling and sieving machine

 

 

After the pellets are produced, they are very hot. The cooler can reduce the temperature. The sieve can screen the well formed pellets. The bad pellets can be  recycled to the feeder.

 

 

5) Packing machine

You can pack them ***0 kg per bag with this machine.

 

It has an electricity panel to control all the parts of the production line.
