Mult-ply Fabric Conveyor Belt:

1. EP Fabric Conveyor Belt      

High modulus, low elongation, heat reisitant, impact-proof, suitable for conveying materials in condition of high speed , long distance and heavy loading capacity. EP or DSEP carcass, DSEP high modulud, low shrinkage and better stability under normal and high temperature.

2. Cotton Fabric Conveyor Belt

Traditional  conveyor belt, suitable for medium and short distance conveying materials.

3.Nylon Conveyor Belt

Good elasticity, high strength, impact-proof, good flexibility and troughability, higher loading capacity suitable for moderate and long distance conveyor system at high speed. N6 or N*6 carcass, N*6 better stability under normal and higher temperature.

4.Aramid Conveyor Belt

Light in weight, high tensile strenth, impact-prrof, low elongation ,good flexibility, heat resisitant heat and corrosion resistant suitable for long distance, heavy loading conveyor system at high speed.

Solid Fabric Conveyor Belt

1. Being made of polyester/ cotton fibers, PVG cover made of nitrile rubber and PVC cover made of plastic material with other fire resistanr ingredients.

2. Three kinds of cover: rubber, rubber + plastic mixed up, full plastic.

3. Light in weight, high tensile strength, non-carcass separation and safty performance etc.

Suitable for underground coal mines application. with high friction coefficient, PVG belt especially used at places where high inclining angle required.
