Extrude granulator

Mixed soft material are forced to pass the sieve  under the extrusion force of grinding impeller, then the uniformed length column grain will be obtained by the cutting force of  outsidescrape impeller.

ZL model extrude granulator can sieve for ideal every kind of dry or wet granules, and size of final granule determined by hole diameter in the sieve board. Compared with normal vibra granulator,  it’s special structure of rotating sieve board, ensure the material will not be crushed when extruding, and improve the efficiency and the purity of finished product.

And with grinding impeller inside, can break the agglomerated material.

All stainless steel high degree for polishing,  no friction between stator and rotating sieve, total conform to GMP.

And the stator, rotating sieve all can dismantle easily.

Client can choose the suitable size for sieve, for get different size of granule, the scrape impeller control the length of granule.
