ET***0Buse excellent talcum powder and little processing agent, compound with LLDPE base resin, produced by advanced extrude machine. Add ET***0B in the LDPE, LLDPE,HDPE base resin, the film or bottle will has good dispersion property. Otherwise, ET***0B will improve extrusion efficiency obviously.

Usage:

ET***0B transparent masterbatch, its refraction index is 1.***1.*9, conform to the refraction index of PP & PE resin. So control its additive ratio in the range of 5%**0%, ET***0B will not affect base resin's transparent property. The film which add ET***0B is similar as PE pure film.( film thickness is about 0.*1mm*0.*2mm)

Suggested Additive Ratio:

5%**0%

Product Property:1) Bigger additive ratio will cut cost obviously.

2) Smaller affect to product's transparent.

3) Green, ET***0B don't contain any poison like as asbestos, it has SGS testing report.

4) Better fluidity and better process property , customer don’t need to change equipment and processing technique.

Package, Transportations and Storage:

1) PE heavy-duty bag , *5kg / bag.

2) Transportation according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under *0°C for *0 minutes.
