Eps moulds
At precision moulds and machinaries, we specialize in the manufacture of Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) & Expandable Polypropylene (EPP) Processing Aluminum Moulds.  Our team of qualified engineers have a rich experience in the EPS & EPP technology field. Our knowledge of the industry is in excess of *2 years. 

We design the pattern, do the casting and machining of all types of protective packaging, component & Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) moulds or as per the customers requirement drawings / samples in the best possible time.
Some popular moulds include eps fruits and vegetables box mould, eps ice box mould in various sizes, eps fish box mould, eps pharma boxes, eps bottles mould for storage of acid/chemicals, eps grapes box mould etc. the majority of electrical applicances companies use the eps boxes/eps sheets for the packaging of TV/REFRIGERATOR/washing machine, a/c, ovens, water heaters, water coolers, set top boxes etc.

We design moulds to best suit the customers moulding machines. We take into consideration the customers machine size. We have designed moulds for machines like Kurtz, Tuebert, Hirsh, Toyo, Daekong and Indian machines. The moulds we make are customized as per your requirement.

For better productivity & tool life we offer Teflon (PTFE) coating for the moulds. Our moulds are designed with the perfect pitch of jets for even and uniform fusion of beads & quick cooling, we maintain even wall thickness of the aluminum walls & precise layout of ejectors to enable fast & perfect cooling & ejection.
