This two kinds of thermosetting industrial Laminate(G*1 /
EPGC**3 and FR5 / EPGC**4) are electrical alkali-free
glass woven fabric base impregnated an epoxy resin binder by
processing under pressure and heat, G*1 is similar to
G*0 and FR5 to FR4, with the addition of
a higher operating temperature and some improved mechanical
strength at elevated temperature. It is widely used as all kinds of
insulation components.
