FR4 epoxy glass laminate is a general purpose epoxy glass laminate with good mechanical and electrical properties.
FR4 is prepared from woven glass fabric impregnated with brominated/Halogenated epoxy resin binder both pressure and heat. The epoxy resin yields a laminate with excellent mechanical properties. It exhibits good dielectric properties under dry and wet conditions.
