Indications:
Enramycin is a polypeptide antibiotic. It is produced by a kind of Actinomyces (Streptomyces fungidicus) isolated from the natural soil. Enramycin is exclusively used for poultry and swine health purposes.
­ Enramycin exerts an excellent effect on growth promotion and improvement of feed efficiency at a very low inclusion level in the feed. 

­ Enramycin shows a strong bactericidal effect against mainly Gram - positive bacteria under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions, especially has a strong antibacterial activity against Clostridium perfringens, which causes growth depression and necrotic enteritis in poultry.
­ Enramycin causes no cross - resistance problems with the existing antibiotic or antibacterial agents available in the market.
­ No Enramycin - resistant Clostridium perfringens has ever been isolated.
­ There is no fear of residue in human food from treated chicken, since Enramycin is not absorbed from the intestinal tracts.
­ Enramycin is very stable in feeds. Enramycin is also stable in the pelleting process.
­ Enramycin reduces wet dropping problems in poultry.
­ Enramycin depresses ammonia producing organisms, thereby reducing ammonia levels in the intestinal contents and blood in poultry and swine.
­ Enramycin alleviates the clinical symptoms of coccidiosis, probably by depression of anaerobic bacteria which act as the secondary cause of the disease.

Precautions: Do not feed in laying chickens, 7 days before slaughter.
