3. Big volume furnace and new arch design: with large heating area, greatly increase the furnace temperature, reduced insufficient burning, enhance the fuel burning and boiler efficiency
4. To protect ash deposition and corrosion of the heating area: usually there is high content of alkali metal in the biomass pellet, then the fuel ash fusion is lower, this is the main reason for ash deposition and corrosion of the heating area, in this case, we make the convection heating area with wear-resistant process, greatly avoid the effect to the boiler operation caused for deposition and corrosion of the heating area
