1. FOB TTT Qingdao/Zhoushan: For FOB TTT China, we dont accept upfront payment or deposit or tank extension or seller pays for our tank farm or our tank farm needs to sign the CI or any documents before we check and confirm if there are products in seller's tank farm. Upon successful dip test by SGS we will pay **0% via MT**3/TT at once.
 
2. TTO: if the vessel is at china waters, both parties sign SPA after verification from each other, our shipping agent contacts sellers agent to apply to the discharge port for customs and maritime filing, our shipping agent can complete the filing in max. *4 hours. Once the filing is completed, we pay *0% deposit to the bank of sellers company for the total products meanwhile seller still holds his title of ownership. Upon arrival of the vessel at discharge port, we pay the remaining total product value which is *0% upon successful CIQ/CCIC/SGS inspection via TT/MT**3 and title of product ownership transferred to our company. 
 
3. CIF China: Our cost for LC is 5%. So for trial transaction for CIF China, we have to ask seller to issue 5%PB at first, and then we issue SBLC/DLC to seller to activate his 5%PB. After successful trial transaction for long term contract, then it will be we issue SBLC/DLC at first and seller issues 2%PB upon our SBLC/DLC.
