when training on the simulator:

- effective loading of the muscles of the shoulder girdle, arms and back in the aerobic mode, while, when the arm moves along an elliptical trajectory, the entire upper body is forcibly connected, which contributes to the complex development of muscle groups involved in shock and jerk movements;

- the load on the simulator is inertial, which ensures the smoothness of the handle and the distribution of a uniform load over the entire trajectory of movement;

 -Cyclicity of movements on the simulator during training with the distribution of a small load at a large number of revolutions contributes to an increase in the sharpness and speed of shock-and-jerk movements, allows not to overload the muscles during training and increases the strength endurance of the trainee;

-the simulator has the ability to perform up to 6 exercises, including both exercises performed with one hand (applicable for various types of martial arts), and with two hands, providing a comprehensive development of the upper body
