Functions and features:

1). The operation is first to load the samples on the bottom board, then pull up the bottom board to the chamber by the electric motor fixed on the bottom steel frame.

2). The chamber can be designed as the cubic or the cylinder shape according the actual demands.

3). The insulated material of the chamber is the high quality ceramic fiber

4).The heating elements embed on the four or five sides of the furnace

5). Double layer shield design to avoid the surface over heat.

You can elevate the bottom board by the hand or by the electric motor. We can make it according to the actual demands.

6). It has the functions including:
 the electricity power will automatically cut off when the chamber door was opened;  the alarm bell will sound when detecting the overheat temperature; 
the electricity power will automatically cut off when the thermocouple is not working;  the password to control the parameters setting etc.

7). Heating rate: ***0 degree/minutes. ****0 segments programmable procedures. It has the function to compensate the lacking temperature

8). Display window: two different zones display the set temperature and the measured temperature respectively, and the heating power is displayed by the light colum
