HCE-EY high efficiency ESP fume extractor has five filter layers. It can eliminate welding fume effectively. At first, the welding fume would be inhaled into the first layer-airflow balanced board by the universal extraction arm, to avoid polluted particles concerned into same direction, meanwhile, it will intercept spark, preventing occurrence of fire. Then it will impact with pre-filter, filtering down most particles. The remaining particle will enter a high pressure ionization chamber where small dust and fume particles are charged with electro-ion. When the charged particles leave charging chamber, it will pass through collection area, charged particles will be separated and removed. Finally, the polluted air can be purified again by post filter. Filter efficiency is up to *9.9%.
