Production Description


Additive for JZ-1 Alkaline Zinc Plating

Process Flow
Degrease alkaline chemically → wash with hot water → remove the rust with
acid → wash → wash with running cool water → activate (hydrochloric acid) →
wash → plate zinc → recycle → wash → neutralize (nitric acid 2-3%) →
passivate → dry and solidify (60-80℃)
